I am currently hosting limited virtual/teletherapy walk-in times for non-crisis consults for WA residents. These are appropriate for brief questions, advice, coaching, and treatment planning.
Please note: I am not able to help with imminently dangerous situations. If you are in a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are thinking about suicide, text HOME to 741741 for the Crisis Text line, call 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Line in the USA, or dial 411 for information and direction to local crisis resources.

If you do not receive a reply within 10 minutes, or you receive an auto-reply, please choose an available time in the online scheduler.
Welcome! Right now, most of my visits are done remotely via teletherapy. If you are located in Washington State or Mississippi, you can schedule an online intake appointment or a consultation for adults or couples counseling via my Therapy Notes Portal. If you are having an emergency, please call 911.
Sometimes the best help is a trained, knowledgeable guide who's been around the block a time or two. Sometimes that's a counselor. You don't have to go it alone.
TL;DR: Alone is hard. Help is better.
A licensed therapist can use appropriate tools, training, and techniques to help you shift your perspective, find your calm, and connect with the ones you love.
